Whether you are an active athlete or simply enjoy cheering from the stands, Mariánské Lázně offers a wide range of sporting activities. Football, ice hockey and basketball have a long tradition in the town.

FC Viktoria Mariánské Lázně was founded in 1946 and remains one of the city's key sports clubs. Ice hockey has been played here since 1923, while basketball also enjoys a rich history. Between 1957 and 1962, Mariánské Lázně even hosted matches of the top Czechoslovak Basketball League.

Local sports clubs regularly organize training sessions, competitions and youth programs for all age groups.
