Services for rental property owners
We can help you find a suitable tenant for your commercial or residential property. We provide a complete service from finding a tenant and preparing contract documents to handing over the keys to the tenant and subsequent consultation during the lease. We also provide:

Rental property brokerage commission
Long term rental (12 months or more)
- fee to be paid by property owner and tenant
- entitlement to the commission arises at the time of conclusion of the lease agreement
- the property owner pays the commission in the amount of 1 month's rent plus the relevant VAT on the basis of the signed Brokerage Contract
- the tenant pays a commission of 1 month's rent plus the relevant VAT on the basis of the signed Mediation Agreement
- or individually by agreement
Short-term rental (less than 12 months)
- fees paid by the property owner and the tenant
- entitlement to the commission arises at the moment of conclusion of the rental contract
- the commission is reduced by the proportionate number of months the property is rented, the minimum being 50% of one (1) month's rent plus the applicable VAT
- the property owner pays a commission of 50% of one (1) month's rent plus the applicable amount of VAT
- tenant pays a commission of 50% of one month's rent plus applicable VAT
- or individually by agreement
