Commission for mediation of the sale of the property
The commission for the mediation of the sale of the property is paid by the seller on the basis of the signed Mediation Contract. We charge 3-5% of the sale price of the property plus VAT. The right to the commission for the mediation of the sale of the property arises after the signing of the Purchase Contract and is payable according to the terms and conditions specified in the Mediation Contract.
