Mariánské Lázně has a dense network of public transport, including bus transport. The system of public passenger transport lines has a long tradition in the town. Not everyone prefers public transport. If you prefer a different mode of transport, you will appreciate the offer of taxi services.
Public transport
Since 1952, trolleybus transport has been operated in Mariánské Lázně. In the following years, the trolleybus network was extended to neighbouring villages (Zádub-Závišín, Velká Hleďsebe, Klimentov, Valy and Lázně Kynžvart).
The price of an adult ticket is CZK 20 and the fare is paid by coins at the driver (overpayment is not refundable) or by contactless card via the terminal at the driver. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the duration of the journey in the vehicle in which they were purchased.

Train and Bus Station
Without the train connection, Marianske Lazne could not have become the monden centre of Europe, famous for its spa treatments and rich social life.
The train station was built in 1872, and in the early 19th century an Art Nouveau-style reconstruction took place, making Marienbad one of the most beautiful train stations of the time. In 2011, the last reconstruction of the historic and station buildings was completed and the station now provides international and domestic services.

Another option is the bus service. The bus station is located next to the station building. In 2012, a new transport terminal was built, which resembles a spa colonnade terminal.
